How Do You Commission Me?
1.) Contact me thru any of my socials.
2.) Kindly allow a waiting period of 1-4 business days for a response back. (Discussion of the commission will follow)
3.) During discussion, state what type of commission you want, whether if it's for personal or commercial use, and your mode of payment.
4.) For every progress finished, you will receive an update. The client may allow changes or request a refund during the sketching process only.

PAYMENTS, REVISIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND TAT
• Cancelations can only be done during the sketch process. Once client approve of the sketch being finished and has already paid for the 50% down-payment or full payment. Refunds won't be allowed after payment.• Major revisions are only allowed during the sketches. Otherwise, only minor revisions are allowed once line art and coloring has started.• If client chooses to pay 50/50 with any payment method, they must pay the first 50% down-payment after the sketch is finished / approved. Otherwise, the drawing will be left on pause. The next 50% will be paid before the client receives the finished artwork. The artist will send a photo of the finished artwork to show proof of its completion.• If client chooses to pay full upfront, they may pay after the sketch is finished.• The client will not receive the art piece if full payment isn't done. Proof of payment is required via screenshot.• TAT: Heavily depends on artwork complexity and the queue. Rush fees or priority fees are available
TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS
(Personal Use)
• Can be used for non-commercial/personal use (e.g. profile picture/banner, as a gift, or to post online.)
• Client must not reuse, re-edit, or re-color the artwork in any way. (may consult artist if it's needed)
• Client must not remove my watermark / signature.
• By default, the WIPs and final piece will posted on my social media for publicity use.
• Artist has copyright ownership in the artwork, and can be put in their portfolio.
• Client must not feed the art in any AI, regardless of intentions or use. A public callout will be made if this happens.
TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS
(Commercial Use)
• Commercialized art piece prices are doubled (by default)
• Client is free to commercialize off of it. (merchandise, ads, prints, content use, etc.)
• Client must not reuse, re-edit, or re-color the artwork in any way. (may consult artist if it's needed)
• Client has the right to deny the artist' permission to ask if the art piece can be posted on social media (not publicly posted).
• Client will have full copyright ownership.
• Client will receive the final piece without my watermark, but must need to at least credit me (e.g. descriptions, bio, captions, website, and etc.)
• Client must not feed the art in any AI, regardless of intentions or use. A public callout will be made if this happens.
